Swimming Along A sea turtle swims along in stylized water in this latest art piece. Sea turtles interest me, and they have shown up in previous art here at Burnsland, too. However, this turtle is completely different from the previous one. The last one was much more cartoonish, while this one is more stylized. This turtle does not look as happy as that last turtle looks. But then if you look at a real sea turtle, he does not look all that happy, either.
Swimming By A swimming sea turtle waving as he passes by is the latest entry in Steve’s Sketchbook. Fans of Steve’s Sketchbook (surely there are a few) have seen a sea turtle here before. I drew this guy as one of the early sketchbook entries. This new guy pictured above has a much different look, of course. This turtle is more of a cartoon style, while the other one was more artistic in nature.
Swimming Along A sea turtle swims by in this latest entry from Steve’s Sketchbook. Of course, as this is artwork instead of a photograph, you will not see a real turtle like this out in the wild. But that is the point of art, after all - to create something interesting, whether or not it is real. As you may know, sea turtles are found in the ocean around the Hawaiian islands, among other places.
