The Tiki of the Month for November has lots of falling leaves to deal with, although all of those leaves are a problem of his own making.
Even with all of those leaves to rake up, this month’s Tiki still looks happy about it all. Maybe that is because he knows he has another Tiki to help him with this chore.
When thinking about what to do for the Tiki of the Month for November, I realized that last year’s November Tiki was all about Thanksgiving.
The October Tiki of the Month is ready for Halloween, complete with his mask. Does a mask like that really hide his identity? Probably not. But he is happy to take his place in the Tiki of the Month lineup.
Maybe next year we should work on getting him a better costume. Something that hides his identity more, perhaps? Are Halloween costumes even supposed to hide your identity? Probably not, but that’s okay.
The Rocketeer goes trick-or-treating for Halloween. Or is that just someone in a Rocketeer costume?
Obviously, it is just someone in a costume, because the real Rocketeer would be flying through the sky instead of just walking on the ground. And it looks like he must be just getting started, because his bag looks rather empty. Hopefully he can fill it up with some good loot soon.
Halloween Memories My sister and I used to always go trick-or-treating around our neighborhood when we were growing up, even if our costumes were not as elaborate as this.
A bat flies in above the trees, just in time for Halloween. Fortunately, he appears to be a friendly bat.
People are often afraid of bats, but we enjoy seeing them in our yard. Bats eat insects, and we have plenty of those where we live, so we could use even more bats than we have. We even talk of putting up a bat house or two, but we have not done that yet.
Here is another round of jack-o-lantern pumpkins from the Burnsland Pumpkin Patch for this year. Watch out for that guy in the upper right. He looks a little questionable.
As with the first batch of pumpkins, these guys were fun to create. But they were just some quick drawings that I put together. Nothing too serious, but just a fun way to pass a little time.
Just for Fun Is having fun becoming a lost art?
The September Tiki of the Month has lots of leaves to rake, since the fall season (or autumn, if you prefer) is upon us. And no matter how many leaves you rake, there will still be more to rake later on.
Actually, here in Tennessee, most everything is still green. A few trees are starting to lose their leaves, and I am sure that the other trees will start to turn in the next few weeks.
The Burnsland Pumpkin Patch has some interesting looking characters this year. Most of them are happy to see you, and they all have that inner glow about them.
This is considered to be Volume 1 because I anticipate there being others before Halloween actually arrives. In some ways, September seems a little early for jack-o-lantern pumpkins, but I thought I would go ahead and roll these out there.
Unique Pumpkins are fun and easy to draw.
